Servings & Suggested Use
720g Tin - 18 Servings or 30 medium-sized pancakes
Suggested Use:
Add 1 (40g) scoop into a bowl and mix with 30ml of water/milk for a thick mix or 50-70ml of water/milk for a thinner mix. Add to heated pan and cook for 1-2 mins. 1 Serving makes 2 medium-sized pancakes or 1 large pancake.
Helpful Tip: Cooking times will vary dependent on the heat source. Experiment with heat levels, cooking times & amount of liquid for mixing until you create the perfect protein pancake.
